this blog is really sort of a leap of faith for me. i've long been interested in starting one but haven't really had the guts to do it. well ladies and gents, it turns out celebrating her 28th birthday in new york is all the inspiration this canadian gal needed!

When did we get so old?? That was my thought while watching one of my closest friends Danielle premier her very own makeup line on HSN!! How HUGE is that?? I can still remember clear as day watching my “friend” eat 4 worms straight out of the sandbox.  i say “friend” because if she really were one, there’s no way i’d ever have let her do such a thing… This could so easily launch into a “what have i accomplished at 28” reflection but truth be told, I’m pretty darn excited about where i’ve landed and what’s to come so I’m gonna cut myself some slack.  Alright, I’m off to Canada to see my family!  dhalla out.
